What is 'Build With Us'?

Build With Us is a co-building program where No-Code Exits helps you turn an idea into a launched MVP—fast, clean, and with a real plan for what happens next.  This isn't consulting that ends in a PDF, and it's not dev-for-hire where you get a handoff and good luck.  It's a build partnership designed to create an asset: a product you can launch, grow, and improve based on reality.

What does 'co-build' mean?

It means we build with you, not to you.  You bring the domain insight, customer context, and decisions.  We bring MVP scoping, product execution, sprint discipline, and launch readiness.  This avoids the two biggest failure modes: advice without shipping, or shipping without strategy.

Who is this for?

This is for founders who want momentum, not more theory—non-technical founders, operators with limited time, creators with distribution, and builders who want a clean MVP shipped.  If you can explain the problem and make decisions, you're qualified.

Who is this not for?

This won't be a fit if you want a massive feature list before launch, you're optimizing for perfect instead of shipped, you won't talk to users, or you want guaranteed outcomes without doing the founder work.  If that's you, we'll point you to a better path.

What do you actually build?

We build a real MVP—the smallest shippable product that proves value and creates a foundation.  Common components: onboarding, auth, database, core workflow, basic dashboard views, payments (if needed), analytics/tracking, and launch readiness.  We design the MVP to ship and learn fast—not to impress.

How fast can we launch?

If scope is clean and decisions are quick, many MVPs can ship in 2–6 weeks.  If it's more complex, we'll tell you early and propose a phased plan so you still ship.

How much time do I need per week?

Usually 60–90 minutes per week for review + key decisions. We handle the heavy lifting between calls.

Can you work with what I already built?

Yes. We'll audit quickly and decide what to keep, fix, or rebuild based on the fastest path to launch.

What if I'm starting from scratch?

That's fine. Starting clean is often faster because we can choose the best MVP stack and avoid complexity.

Do you help with marketing too?

We help with positioning and launch planning so you're building something that can be sold.  We're not a full-service ads agency, but we will make sure you have a clear go-to-market next step.

What stack do you use?

Best-fit based on the product. Commonly Lovable + Supabase + Stripe for speed and scalability. If your use case needs something else, we'll recommend it.

Who owns the code and assets?

You do. We strongly prefer building inside your accounts (Supabase, domain, billing) so you keep full control.

Do you lock me into working with you?

No. We can hand off cleanly, keep improving in sprints, or help transition to longer-term dev support.

Can this scale?

Yes—within reason. MVP fast doesn't mean sloppy. We prioritize clean data, reliable workflows, and extendable architecture.

What does 'consulting for equity' mean?

It means we align incentives. When it's the right fit, we earn part of our compensation through equity because we're building an asset with you.

Is it equity-only?

Usually it's hybrid: a small retainer to cover build capacity plus equity aligned to upside. Pure equity is rare and reserved for exceptional fit.

It depends on scope, stage, timeline, and what you bring (distribution, traction, revenue). You'll get a clear proposal after the fit call.

Do you require legal documents?

Yes if equity is involved. We keep it minimal and standard (advisory equity, options, SAFE, or a simple hybrid agreement depending on the situation).

Will you steal my idea?

No. We don't want your idea—we want outcomes. Execution is the hard part.  If you want an NDA, we can do that, but most founders find the sprint process removes this fear quickly.

Do you share projects publicly?

No. Nobody honest can. What we do guarantee is a real build process, clear deliverables, weekly execution, and transparent communication.

No. Equity alignment only works when there's a real path to value. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you quickly.
